The Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) has extended the due date for filing Form DPT-3 (Return of Deposits) for FY 2025-26 through General Circular No. 02/2026 dated 19 June 2026.
What Has Changed

- Revised Due Date: 31 July 2026
Companies can now file Form DPT-3 up to 31 July 2026 without payment of additional fees.
While the filing timeline has been extended, the compliance obligation remains unchanged. Companies required to file Form DPT-3 for FY 2025-26 should utilise the additional time to complete the filing on or before 31 July 2026 to avoid additional fees and remain compliant.
